1. Booking and Payment:
Bookings for White Shark Taxi Service must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person. Payment is required at the time of booking, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. Any additional charges incurred during the ride, such as extra stops or detours, must be settled before the journey concludes. The booking is confirmed once payment is processed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time or for no-shows.
3. Service Availability:
We endeavor to provide reliable and punctual service; however, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund if we are unable to provide a replacement vehicle.
4. Passenger Conduct:
Passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any form of damage to the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Passengers are responsible for their behavior during the ride, and any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged accordingly.
5. Liability:
White Shark Taxi Service is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. We are also not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Amendments to Terms:
We may update these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes made. For the latest terms, please refer to our website or contact our customer service.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the region in which our services are provided. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the competent courts of that region.
